Took a little trip to Exeter on Sunday to show at BHP Fuel Fest 2015 and as the wheels had been "unveiled" at players classic the day before you guys can now see them in their newly selected colour.

and fully assembled and fitted:-

The pictures don't really show it, but the Kandy goes really metallic and pops in the sun totally transforming the colour; its also less orange than my phone photo at the top shows!

No major updates, but I really need to sort heat soak issues as its not the most comfortable of places to sit, even less so on a warm day! I'm going to see if I can place a few small fans I have (bought them in prep as I thought it could get warm inside) within the bay to assist in removing the warmer air! I feel this is a half hearted attempt and that the real answer is to ceramic coat the exhaust and manifold!

In the mean time I decided to run the car without a boot lid, but this raised number plate issues as I didn't want to just stick it in the rear window and chance getting pulled for not displaying it properly. The result was a simple frame that utilises the boots quick release mechanism and latch.
