I've not updated this thread in a while but it's moved on a long way all I need now is oil feed and return and it's ready to burn up the tyres. It's not been the easiest task squeezing the 1.8 and turbo in a standard clubby front but it fits
I just need to repair the front after my first attempt at getting the turbo in didn't work
New interior to come soon

Fresh carpets and finally some door cards

Fixed that problem
Rear seats fitted with added cup holders so I don't need to drive with coffee between my legs

So where do I start....
I pulled the car out of the garage but forgot to close the door and that was the end of that door
Oil feed line made
And fitted
Stripped repaired and reskined the passenger's door
And changed the clutch on the winter car
So if I thought a couple of weeks back was my worst day ever today topped it!!!! I'll do a catchup first
Gave silver soldering a go and made some oil return flanges
Made the line up and fitted. I has to put a jubilee clip half way to stop it bending as it's a tight radius
Fitted all my water lines
Recovered my dash abd fitted my interior back in with new seatbelts all round
Also finished the door and painted and built it up
Along with my wheels and arches
Then today after painting I thought I would give it a first start so filled it with oil connected the battery and pulled the injector plug to crank for oil pressure and curse my life this happened

So yeah that's that ****ed crank seal or oil pump plus when I pulled the sump plug mayo came out which is great so the zr is getting the chop and becoming parts donor
This is now my garage and I want to give up
Wow what a build!
