Did a bit of welding today and got the bulkhead, floor, heelboard and crossmember all as one piece.

First thing was to clean off the Ecoat and apply some weld through zinc primer to the joining sections

Then I got welding, I've got 90% of the spot welding done now but I am going to seam weld the structural sections for some added strength, mainly for safety as much as anything.
