It appears that the dark side hasn't won just yet

The struggle between good and evil still wages on. ....and just when all hope seems lost, there is still a tiny flicker of light in all the darkness, that might just turn everything around.

Spoke to Tom Nelson today. After studying the car for a week, he feels that it would be possible to modify the orriginal V12 block in such a way that it would be able to hold an insane amount of power. According to Nelson, the 6.0 Lambo block is stronger than most people give it credit for.

At this time, efforts are being made to determine if it would be possible to rebuild and twin turbo the V12. Despite the fact that it's not the best thing for NRE in terms of marketing, Tom Nelson seems to have a soft spot for the orriginal V12. Coming from the most die-hard V8 man around, I find this lack of faith in the darkside, disturbing.

Hope is not lost

It's going to be a long build thread, so I might as well make it a rollercoaster ride for you

After calling in a resident expert on transmissions, it was determined that the right carbon clutch to handle NRE type power could be squeezed into the orriginal bell housing.

There are a lot of things about the orriginal V12 layout that Tom Nelson likes, such as the throttle setup.

After explaining to him that reliability is of the utmost importance, Tom still leaned towards the V12 idea.

If he says he can do it, who am I to argue?
