Got the LH peice from Camarodoc yesterday n got it dyed.
After I figured out the windshield trim
goes over the side pieces instead of under I was good to go lol.

I stole Scott's(Protour73)idea on painting behind the grill black to cover up the yellow that shows. Great idea bud, thanks

Nothin to exciting or crazy(lol)but I finally got the stainless steel radiator overflow tank I've wanted for a while. I was bored this morning so I figured I would get it mounted. Maybe next payday get a set of Accel yellow spark plug wires.
On my next vacation I've decided I am going to paint under the hood yellow, just not sure when that will be yet.

I love surprises
The yellow Accel wires look much better then the red MSD ones. But the blue dizzy cover has gotta go lol
I like the custom sets so ya don't have 30' of extra wire all over the place!!!

Just had to add a pic of the new black dizzy cover lol, Advance Auto actually had it in stock. Looks much better then the blue cover!

Yes it was an awesome feeling, came a little by surprise but I had a sneaky idea a trophy was coming cause a few of the guys from the Lemont Classic Car Club were looking at my car, then a few of them came back a couple times to look at her again. So when they said over the PA "will the owner of the yellow camaro please come up here" I looked at the wife n said "GUESS WHAT WE GOT" and the rest is history lol
When they called me up there, I was in the process of filling out the paper to become a member, So I am now a member of the "Lemont Classic Car Club"

Ok, just got home from a local show at the Lemont park district "Kops & kids". Was really cool show for the kids. I didn't even know they give 2 trophies for the show cars. One for adult choice and one for kids choice until a guy from the park district came over by use and told us that #3 and #9 can't leave early(I was #3)and to be at the DJ booth about 2 oclock. Ya I got the 1st place kids choice for the bumble bee transformers camaro lol
