After getting the wheelhouse cut off the donor quarter and screwed to the car was looking at it for awhile and found one small problem.................the outside edge (hope I said that right) of the door and rocker are not even close, looking down, the rocker is about 3/8 further out then the door. Look at the pics you will know what I mean lol. The right side is less then 1/8, that I can deal with but not the left side being 3/8. Tomorrow I will remove the wheelhouse and rocker and see why the front of the rocker seems to be out to far, like it is not going toward the center of the car enough. I compared measurments on both rockers the best I could and found them to be the same, I thought maybe they may have been made alittle different.

Thanks thedude327, I think I will end up bumping the bottom of the door out just a tad.
Here is where I am at as of tonight, I finally got the quarter on and all lined up with the door and rocker. I think it came out pretty good.
The rocker sticks out the same from front of door to back of door which is now a tad less then a 1/4 inch. I did not want to trim anything untill it was all lined up. so now no triming............thats a good thing lol.
Gap from door to quarter, top 1/4, middel 3/16, bottom 1/4.
