Well I got one side done for now and grinded the welds down a little to smooth them out. Things got a little tricky with the end of the rear window going down with all that lead but I got it together. Time to work on the other side. Happy 4th of July! Stay safe out there everyone. I’m behind on updates, but I finished the passenger side. Both drip rails are completely shaved, tons of work doing the cutting, spot welds, and grinding but totally worth the effort. Now the body work is next. I decided to weld the shifter hole shut as I’ll be using an AOD with a cable driven after market shifter so I will just drill and add a grommet later down the road. The hole was also messed up in my corner from the past. Here’s the next big project that I’ve been working on. I finally budged and ordered a panel from WCCCs for the passenger side rear panel. Rather than cake filler, I’m going to slap this on instead.
