So now for the bad....I previously posted pics for 10 feet ? so a couple of dents here and there but unfortunately they didn’t get all the bondo off...the shop said they didn’t want to warp the car due to heat, which I suppose is fair. This car did have/has a “thiicccc” coat of bondo like some of these cars we are working to restore/rebuild. Still not sure I’m too satisfied, I mean they could have told me ahead of time not when I was picking it up...The good thing is that the rest doesn’t look too bad at all...yet. Well I got most of the panel off and it actually didn’t take me too long to remove with a purple disc from amazon (I’ll post up what I used in the next post) ugh turns out it’s Golf ball city and a tack welded whole side panel. We’ll see what the body guy is going to say soon, but I think I’ll need to replace this panel and/or most of it... just part of the process ? I wish body panels were as cheap as the Mustangs for Cougars... how did your project look like after getting down to metal?
