Worked on this thing for another 7 odd hours today, ( It is starting to wear on me thats for sure). At the end of the day you can pick all the nuts out of the ****, but it is still poop after all the work.
So started up with wiring in the defi gauges and wideband. Once that was completed. I made a gauge sensor harness that ran to the engine compartment. Shrouded with heat shrink tubing to tidy things up
Was expecting a smoke show when I attached the battery , but everything seemed to work ..( have a few burnt out bulbs in the cluster though)The defi gauges turned out well
a shot of the interior
Next I cut all the unused posts on the firewall, as I am tired of those things nicking me everytime I wrench on the car. Masked everything off and shot it with some satin black.
firewall turned out alright
had a chance to mount up my fuel press regulator.. Next is to build the fuel lines
and finally a shot of the bay
Enjoy.
Amazing job!
