The glass progress has been real slow. The quart glass is in and it looks good. The door glass has been the issue. It looks like we have moved away from a Ford Flex side glass and am now on some sort of a Transit Van windshield that is being cut down. Here are a couple pictures the glass guy sent me today.

LOL! I am no so patient any more.

Drivers side is done now for the passenger door glass.

I took the 1.5 hour drive out to the glass guys shop yesterday. It looks good and he tells me should be done on Monday. I am ready to begin assembly.

I would like to see some pictures of the wagon as well. Please share!

I started putting the car together this week. Haven’t had a much time in the garage as I would have like to. Been battling kidney stones and can only take about an hour of work before I have to take a break.

So far I have put in all The Boom Mat I had and ordered another 8 sheets. I put in the E-Stopp emergency brake setup and got the hardware to install Nat all the license plate. I hope to start plumbing the brake system tomorrow.

I put on the custom license plate frame on tonight. Thanks named the car Bullwinkle after a friend suggested it and a couple days later died unexpectedly. The frame conceals the radar “parking sensors”.

Progress is slow lately. Seems like I have been waiting for fittings or hoses more than working on the car. I almost have the plumbing done and have started working on the wiring. Stilll need to get my new Wilwood master cylinder and larger rear calipers as well as some hose to finish plumbing the Ram Lift Pro hydraulic lift system.

The RLP setup is pretty cool. With a push of a button I will be able to lift the nose of the car up about 2” to clear driveways or speed bumps. The pump is mounted in the trunk since there is no space in the front of the car.

I also installed the Safecraft fire suppression system.

The IIMuch fuel vent and bulkhead connectors are installed.

And now I am beginning the process of installing the American Autowire harness.

Hopefully the wiring will be done in the next couple weeks so I can install the drivetrain. That will be exciting! Can’t wait for that one.

The basic car wiring is almost done. Still have to deal with the accessories and ECU’s but it is getting close. Yesterday was a big day. Got the engine, transmission and exhaust in with the help of a friend.
