Realy need to update my thread O.o ....
Here it goes
FINALY I found an R-Design frontlip.
Did a quickfit this Saturday
sprayed it white so it was visible (lip was black so you couldn't see it properly on the pictures )
Went to the machine shop with my BBS MK-Motorsport to weld them, re-drill them, and to change the offset
They were original 5x120 ET34 and will now be 5x108 ET40-42
Will replace my Mondeo rims after winter
Mounted my R-design spoiler
And test-fitted the rims and r-design bumper of a friend
His rims are 18x7,5 ET40, mine will be 18x8,5 ET40, so my rims will poke another 12,7mm compared to his rims.
I also have a 215/40/18 instead a 225/40/18 so my car will be +/- 4mm lower compared to the pictures
I also finished my frontbumper. It's ready to be sprayed with filler, so I can smooth the f*ck out of it
Smoothing the R-design frontlip, so it's as smooth as possible for the filler so I can sand it nice and clean.
Foglight covers smoothed as much I can do. Now ready for the filler. After that it's time to wetsand them so they can be sprayed gloss black
Grill was cracked so fixed that and sanded it down so it's ready for the filler. also gonne be gloss black
Yeah tell me about it
I only go to my garage on saturday so progress is reeeeaaaal sloooow hehe..
I always try to do something that isn't done before.. Thats why I spend the extra money on my BBS to modify them for volvo..
I don't think there is someone who has smooth foglightcovers and grill...I did this two years ago with the rear windowwiper, and it looks awesome
