Coilovers came and are installed The front has 8 threads left to go down and is over the top of the tyre already, when I get smaller tyres and the coilovers bed in a bit, I'll adjust to the lowest I can without the wheel rubbing the arch. The back is sitting very high though for some reason, I think its the HUGE bump-stops that are holding the car up. Has anyone installed coils and left the bump stops out, or would that make them too noisy? Will post pics when my phone decides it wants to backup my images to google plus.

Cheers lads!!
I'm using FK AK Street coilovers for the ford focus (05 onwards I think..)

New pictures uploaded showing the new tyres and the height the car is at now! Have 5mm Spacers ordered (don't know if I will even notice the difference, because they're only 5mm..), and will maybe be lowering the front a bit more before putting the wheels on after installing the spacers - getting a lazer wheel alignment in the same place as where I'll be installing the spacers so I'll need to lower it before the alignment.
The ride quality is better than what you would expect for such a cheap set of coilovers! Granted mines is a bit stiff now because I removed the rear adjusters, but that would be expected when it means the coilovers are lower than they're supposed to go. I have always liked the stiffer suspension, though, makes me feel more planted to the road going round bends etc. Really? I hope there's some difference anyway, because the rear looks higher than what it is due to the wheels sitting in so far, and with such a camber! I think they might be able to sort the camber a little during the alignment, probably nothing major, but I'm not really that fussed with the inside wearing faster than the rest of the tyre, it's just the 'high' appearance I don't like lol
Thanks man, really appreciate it!
They're the standard 18" Medusa rims, I'm not too sure on the width, but I seen an advert on eBay saying they were 18x7's
Yeah I'm trying to think of a nice set of wheels that would look well in 18's but nobody else would have, if you know what I mean? lol. I'd like a set of 19's, but then they would keep the car up too high off the ground Our fitment really limits the amount of rim options we can have too, and I don't fancy using adapters.
I think these can come in 5x108 and they're 18x9.5, but I don't know if they'd suit a Volvo or not
Any opinions? Or suggestions of nice alloys with our fitment?
EDIT: Read a few articles about the medusa's there now saying they are 18x7.5 - so they're either 7's or 7.5's.
