Update, still got bubbles!
I got all new OEM lines and new copper washers. I think the bubbles may be reduced but its still sucking in air.
One good thing is that I checked the in-tank filter and it was completely clogged with ****.
Cleaned it and now the car literally has about 3x more power.
It still stumbles at high rpms as the bubbles get real bad I assume?
I can hand rev it and see bubbles flow thru the clear line.
Not sure what to do at this point but its annoying as hell.

UPDATE!!
Its fixed! Car pulls hard all the way to redline and black smokes at WOT for the first time.
No bubbles!
So, for the record and future folks these were my symptoms and the solution.
Car was stumbling at WOT and had loads of bubbles in the fuel line.
The solution (thanks so much fatmobile for the suggestion) was the banjo bolt on the pump outlet/return line.
The one I was using did not have OUT stamped on it which means that it also did not have a restrictor in it to slow the flow out of the pump.
Swapped that one bolt out and its night and day.
All fixed.
Now just gonna replace my dirty tank to make sure its a clean system.
So happy.
