I have no pics to update with but wanted to update anyway.
Just ordered the remainder of the parts I needed to make her run along with a pile of OEM stuff that I wanted to get for awhile. Like little things such as pedal covers, washer line hose, door handle gaskets...junk most people dont care about but stuff I wanted to replace with new stuff.
Also, planning to drop my finished downpipe off tomorrow to be Nitro plated. <<<< Very excited about this part.
This thing should fire off very very soon.

The local place that's doing the aluminum-ceramic coating on my downpipe is off till January 5.
Long wait.   
I guess I'm impatient.

Not a very exciting update visually on your end but everything is totally together now.
I got all my parts and threw everything on today. Thought id take one pic to show how it all stands and you can see how my air filter is. Still no timing covers but those will have to wait.
The downpipe is the only thing holding me back. The plater is a little behind because of the holidays but they say itll be done next week. Technically I could fire it off now without the downpipe but its about 17 degrees and snowing and Im not about to roll it out in the snow or open the garage door.   
Very soon though...
edit: There is very little room for an air filter back there and so for other's reference...I used K&N R-1260. It fits perfect.

The pump I had looked almost new so I thought Id keep running it.
I wouldnt mind having the later style one though but diesel parts arent common around here at all.
