Loads of progress the past few days.
Its really about 99% put together.
Left to do: Weld up downpipe, buy airfilter and crank case filter, buy fuel supply line, figure out WTH is going on with return line from pump, fill with oil and coolant and gear oil.
The weird thing about the return line is that the size of hose for the banjo coming from the pump is way smaller than the return hardline that a hose would connect.
I assume this is because my pump is from an mk2 and the split banjo that I need would be on an mk1.
I dont have access to an mk1 diesel to check or get one from.

In this pic showing the fitting on the top of a N/A diesel rabbit, the line coming off seems larger and the correct size to go to my return line.
Still hoping to confirm before I try to come up with one of these fittings somewhere.
Too bad I already sold my N/A pump otherwise I'd check it and rob the fitting from it if it worked for me.
Sucks that I know of no other diesel rabbits anywhere around here.
