So i got my custom speedo cable today.
The guy at Speedometer Solutions did a great job and made the perfect cable for me.

Good price and I had it here at my house in two days.

Bad part: Speedo is way off. Not because of the cable but I assume because of the fact that the tranny and the speedometer werent meant to work together. 

Unless I can solve this Ill be selling my German 260kmph speedo when it gets here.

What are other people doing with 02a swaps? 


Looks like Ive decided to do my timing chains after all. Ive gotten myself 100% paranoid today driving it around. Pretty sure they're noisy now. It would have been a lot easier before but didnt wanna eff with it. Now I do I guess.

I think while Im there I'll go ahead and get a set of Eurospec 268s for it and the GIAC cam chip. 
Shouldnt take more than a day or two to finish that and I'll be back in action with moar powa.
