Finally took my camera out with me.
Should have taken more as I went but just a shot today showing where its all at. Got the head on and as much as I can do without buying more stuff which I can hopefully do soon.
Need to have my pump rebuilt so thats a pile of cash.

Well there has been a lot of progress today although it hardly looks like it.
Put both manifolds on and the turbo + oil feed and return lines.
Installing the turbo was a major PITA but finally got it where it needs to be and tightened down.
Also got the injectors in, new glow plugs in and wired those up.
Put a few of the lower coolant lines on. Waiting for a few gaskets to complete the cooling system. I have all new hoses in a box so that should look great when its all in there.
About to send my diesel pump out this week and should have it back real soon.
Next task on the list is to put the exhaust on and start fabbing the downpipe.
Never built a turbo downpipe before but I have all the stuff to do this one.
Plan to follow this guy's DIY and it should go alright I think.

Surprisingly, my biggest concern is figuring out where to put my fuel filter and what kind of air filter set up to run.

More progress will be this weekend.
Have a lot of stuff planned. Not sure what all will actually get done but plan to hit it.
Probably complete the cooling system, mount the fuel filter (gotta make a bracket), and hope to get started building the downpipe and install the new exhaust.
Hoping the diesel shop will get my pump back by this time next week at the latest. Then I will be VERY close to firing it.
