length of 4" aluuuuuuminum pie cut and few straights cuts for the start of the induction system, lost my deburrer so hand filed them clean
bit of tape into this
bit of hot snot and powdercoat will do nicely, matt smooth sandpaper texture
rock sliders off and all prepped
60 degree slash cuts and capped
bit of powdercoat (cheers scott)
roof rack was sticking out like a sore thumb in gloss so did the annoying job of removing it to be redone in matt black, decided this after putting all roof liner in etc
the propshaft adaptor is done at great cost but it is bloody nice, older flange squared on the back with a tight milled fit and clearanced for the 3 other bolts, 3 other spacers are stepped and so they locate and hold it in place, alot more here to look at then first glance
minor job blank off engine bay to heater feed, will need a rework at the top edge as scuttle isnt flat (measure once cut twice)
actually have no pics of this but its all done and painted, crack test showing some weepage on the linished welds
another time consuming job 11 rivets and 4 bolts holding this front to rear hose in place
outside pic

I bet the purists probably don't like this, but screw them! This thing looks like a blast!

This thing is insane. Definitely not a swap I would think of doing, but it looks like it will be a blast to drive. I like the mad max look you have going too.
