Okay, we will be going over everything again this weekend, check for leaks etc, try and figure out this noise. Oh and you guys wont believe how the car looks now!!

I dont want to go against juniors advise but there seems like there is something wrong in my mind. The car is driving great apart from the ticking valvetrain sound and the oil consumption though.
A video seems like the best idea.
I have been trying to check the vehicle every day at this point for issues and tomorrow it will be getting a thorough look over including the cam cover coming off to check my clearances.
I am grateful for all the ideas going around, the built motor game is stressful but worth it in the end. I think il stick with Juniors instructions then and see if things improve. I will be changing my oil again today as per his guide and checking it for metal etc.

Drained and changed the oil today, no large particles, some tiny bits of copper by the looks
