I am running 80lbs injectors. Two 10lbs nozzles of meth

I completed Hot Rod Drag Week about a month ago I only had 2 issues. The minor one was the fuel pump overheating again and I had to pull over for a bit to let it cool down. This was after a long haul fitting wind for about 100 miles on the 2nd day. But didn't have that issue again

The day of tech in the car was acting a little funny. I did my first burn out and it shifted into second and did a nice burnout on the new MT DR's I launch and it felt very sluggish. But ran a decent time I thought 11.57@120
(Keep in mind we have it turned down because I had to keep it above 11.50 since I don't have a cage

Get back to pits and we look at the log and it never shifted. It was in 3rd the entire pass! No wonder if felt so sluggish the first 1/8

Make a couple passes and keep having issues

It was giving a code for a shift issue. I decided since I brought a spare Trans that we should turn off the code and see what it did Well. It broke. Went 1st. Then 2nd. Then 3rd......to the rev limited instantly
Burned up 3rd

Ok **** that sucks. Time to out in the used, untested Trans I brought so I put it up on jack stands and got started.

Y'all are shocked I broke another 4L60e I know

I get to putting the starter back in and broke the post off for the power wire. So since it was still not officially drag week till 9am the next morning I drove the truck to the hotel. I stopped at Orielly the next morning and got another starter put it on and then went for a test drive after the drivers meeting

On the test drive we get on the highway and I stomp it and it downshifts and then starts smoking like hell so I make a quick stop on the side of the highway. Come to find out I didn't get the bottom Trans cooler line pushed in all the way so it popped out Had another drag week participant bring me a jack and some jack stands and got it fixed Topped off the Trans and off we went again

Got to the track and make a couple more passes and turned in an 11.62 slip (I was shooting for 11.60 all week so that at the end of the week when they take a tenth off I would be at my fastest legal limit for the bracket race

All In all I had a great week. It's an awesome experience and I can't wait until next year

(Fastest pass of the week was a 10.88@124 with a 1.54 60ft. This is all on a fresh set up that we didn't even finish tuning until Sunday before the Trans broke

The boost is down 5psi from where it was at the last dyno. The timing is down 4* and we were running on 91 octane The 1/8 mile time was the same as when it was on the old turbo and injectors 6.92@99. That was at 600hp/668tq. To the wheels

Here's some pics of the week

I was also the main pic for the daily driver class on day on hot rods FB post and their web page announcements

A week after Drag Week I did a photoshop with Car Craft magazine and had a full spread posted online I'm not 100% sure if it will also be printed but it would be cool if it is
