Does anyone know off hand turbos from Turbonetics, Garrett, Borg Warner or any other manufacturer that flows somewhere around 65-75LB/Min of air ?
I'm just posting this to help gather info, as I know there are a lot of knowledgeable people on here. I'm looking for a 67mm to a 70mm sized turbo.
My car needs somewhere between : *This is all at 500Ft above sea level, 14.5PSIA
11.5 AFR 500RWHP 68LB/MIN Air 1.84 P-R 8PSI
11.5AFR 510RWHP 69LB/MIN Air 1.87 P-R 8.4PSI
So I'm figuring 65-74LB/MIN air flow & 1.8-1.95 Pressure Ratio

Installed ls6 valley cover w/new breathing system & removed STS front breather/switch. pump is running on full the entire time and it is a Turbowerx Exa Pump. awesome quiet pump.
Testing all this here in the next few days.

WELL DANGIT!!!
In checking the car out.... I have a worn out gasket. Mind you it is the STOCK Kooks Headers gasket, it has been on there a while.
It seems to be a basic gasket. So Now I'm replacing it with a High temp Fel Pro gasket for now.
does anyone know of a better gasket that is ok for high temp/pressure (up to 15psi) and will hold up? what are other turbo people using.

~6.5 psi and made 453HP and 472TQ !!! I guessed around 460-480 (obviously hoping for higher), but now with the new cam it loves boost. The power increase per PSI is nuts...
this 60mm IS carrying me to 500 crank HP & TQ (*assuming a 10% loss); You will see that this graph has a lower HP, we were playing around with the tune, and found out my rear main seal was leaking so we quit, and this is where she was left.
I will post graph tomorrow, got to order some parts for some upgrades!!
-transmission & clutch & rear main seal (fixed crankcase breather problem...but seal was still leaking, so replacing), new wastegate spring....etc

OK, gotcha.
Alrighty, do you have the STS manual? if not I can email it to you (reply with your email address or PM me)
you are correct about the check valve. One part is the check valve like you describe that at 1 psi of boost it closes your breather to your intake and vents the engine. You can discard this if you have a pcv setup of your own that has a 1 way valve, and you just don't connect those wires.
ALSO, I recommend running the STS oil scavenge pump on full ALL THE TIME. Either that or buy a new scavenge pump.
the second is smaller with white and black wires on its own bracket,
the red text above, you are speaking about the device that is inline with the pump to kick it into high gear, Just leave it out and leave the resistor out of the wires so you can run it in full mode all the time.
Hope this helps.

PS - holler if you need anything else or if I left something out
