ok, after this cam swap , I had misfire issues.

had to modify the MISFIRE tables in the computer. So far I have doubled them. I will then make a log today/tomorrow and post up with what I finally did to get rid of the misfires, as I know for a fact that the car is running fine and strong.

CHRISTMAS UPGRADES:
-SCAVENGE PUMP
ok, the oil scavenge pump is not keeping up, as all have warned. Schantin did a nice write-up about restricting the oil, I will post the link.

I have gone out and bought the TurboWerx Exa-Pump. Yes it was expensive, but it has a 2 year warranty and is a really great pump, I bought it straight from Turbowerx here:
http://turbowerx.com/Scavenge_Pump/Scavenge_Pump.html -shows both pumps, one exa pump and one cheaper pump that is good.

I do not know the flow rate in these lines, the exa pump can do up to 3GPM at 60+psi versus what I believe the STS pump to be 1.75GPM??

-FUEL RAIL
Ordered me an all black fuel rail so I can neaten everything up under the hood

-Boost Reference Line
I'm going to FINALLY run my boost reference line to the intake so that I see a full 7-lbs of boost.

Shortly after all of this I will probably have to invest in a new clutch&flywheel and etc... I can definitely tell my clutch is getting weaker

Well went to the dragstrip, at Lowes Z Max dragway, and made the one pass. something was on that track...either water from the snow...or something...no one was running good passes.

ran a 13.59 @ 112.16 mph 2.23 60foot and I was babying it out the hole!!!! she even spun over in the top of 3rd and 4th gears and it doesn't do that on the street.

came back into the pits and parked the car after letting her cool, and to continue the saga of oil in exhaust pipes, I had just the smallest amount that I could barely see. SO, I will be installing all of my upgrades this next weekend when I go home (will have some pictures for ya   ) and I will have my exa pump installed and I will see if it has these oil problems, but I'm guessing that it will , as I Believe that no matter what we need to restrict the oil going to the turbo as no matter what the pump is it won't keep up, but I may be proved wrong.

Mods coming this weekend:
* Koni 4/4 shocks all the way around
* Spohn Torque Arm - Crossmemeber mounted - for Kooks LTs
*Exa Pump
* other miscallaneous mods and fixes

***** This is the truck radiator hose that I bought (found) and had the brilliant idea to use it for my intake plumbing to replace STSs pipe that goes OVER the axle. You will find that these pictures clearly show you the part number and its a FLEETRITE tube. Hope this helps those wondering how to get a straight pipe that is also flexible

This is the new Exa Pump from Turbowerx, hopefully with this pump always running in high mode we can avoid any oil in the intake/exhaust pipes. I have just recently taken apart my intake and exhaustpieces, and I have no oil residue on my intake side. The only oil I have run into has been out my exhaust pipe.
