That's who he is dealing with. So far everything is going as promised. He got all the harnesses, power module and widebands. The computers are 1-2 weeks out from what I have understood.
Also, Steve has decided to switch over to a 58X reluctor and 4X cam sprocket.

Transmission's back from Rossler. Motor should be back together next week.
I'll be sure to provide feedback on it as well as share any bugs/issues that we run into along the way. The injector harness that he received was an EV6 harness (newer style shorty injectors) so we have to get that switched over to the EV1 style. The system will drive low imp injectors without the need for a driver box as I have it understood.

I went ahead and started a separate review thread in the PCM diagnostic section as it seemed like the better place for it. Here is a link to the thread.

It's looking like we are back on track. Should be out to the track again shortly to try out the new cam and engine management system.

Just wanted to provide a little update. The car is back and we made it out to the track last Wednesday night. Ran an 8.4 @ 170 at about 23 psi so far. We are taking it up slow as I am just getting familiarized with the new Holley Dominator EFI setup. This software is nothing short of BADASS. As I mentioned in the other thread (416 w/ twin MPT70's), the closed loop fueling and auto learning work VERY well even with little to no work on the fuel map on my part. Because it learns each pass, it has to do less correction each time.
Also for those following closely and that can read between the lines, the 60's are VERY soft right now and we haven't really started messing with the AMS1000 controller for launch ramps and the car now has full exhaust over the axle and out the back which is why it's taking a little more boost to run the same numbers. When he made the 7.9 passes, it had 3" exhaust right to where a header collector would be on each side with a bullet muffler hanging off that. It still has the bullets but then the 2 3's merge into a single 4" all the way to the back bumper and no cutouts YET.
We are really pleased with the way everything is working so far. Because of the exhaust and the fact that we haven't turned it way up yet, we can't tell what impact the new cam is having yet.
One other thing is that while the car was down, he sent the transmission back to Rosler to have the cooling circuit work with the internal pump. The transmission runs very cool now even with the spragless FTI converter driving it 30+ miles in stop and go traffic.

Ran an 8.05 today thru the tail pipes at the rental. The 7 sec pass was next and it started raining. Lots of fun though. There was some pro looking camera guys. I'll post it as it becomes available.
