Got bored. Polished (ruined, this ended up causing a high idle at 1300rpm) the inside of the new throttle body.
Tomorrow I will move the coolant level sensor pin to open slots on the connector and hope for the best.

Yep, did so today!
Started to hit the casting marks with a file.
After a real quick 320, 400, 600, 1200 polish.
The old and the new.
