This is the first run of my new 3.7l Audi v8 in my kitcar. The 2nd engine in a year, and this one is a good one! This is the first time its been started, nothing has been set up and it goes well.

Still trying to get the beast to idle nicely and run.

After hours of fiddling the V8 is now purring much better. At least I can run it now and crack on with the rest of the things I need to do.. connect the turbos, fit the body, fit the drive shafts etc..

I now have the turbos connected the engine is running nicely. Without the driveshaft attached the speedo hits nearly 190 mph in 5th gear :) There are fans on the intercoolers which seem to keep the air temp down, and all in all its going well.. the temp today is about 30 degs C, but its running sweetly.

After fitting the fuel filler nozzle and getting the rear engine cover to fit like a glove. The car started first time, however it wont idle. It moves (but its hard work keeping it going at the moment)
