Todays photograph is of the underside of the Bonnet (Hood to some people) .
Show Ponies please note!
This paint in now approximately thirty + YEARS OLD!
Probably older than many of the people looking at this.
Remember too that in this time the car has actually travelled around 100,000 miles, not in a fancy fully enclosed trailer or on the back of a special purpose built transporter but on its own wheels, under its own power!
For comparison purposes the second and third photographs are of the outside of the same side of the same "bonnet" taken on the same day!

Welcome on board.
There are several similarities, they were all taken in France while on the move, all in the same car taken from the passengers (left side) seat. How many people saw the Cyclist in the first photograph.
(Right hand side.)
They are an incredibiably hardy breed, out pedaling under all sorts of conditions over all sorts of terrain. This one is well up into the highest parts of the French Alps.
In todays photograph the cyclist is in a Red Sweater so you can almost see him, he is on the way down, meaning that he has just climbed over the Col du Galibier at 2,648 metres, it is the 3rd highest pass we have driven over.
