well, I found that the stock honda stem fits in the Suzuki tree PERFECTLY!!!
step 1: grind weld, press out Honda stem
step 2: heat up and press stem out of tree, breaking retaining clip that I ddnt know was there....lol
Step 3: tap stem into tree, weld....VOILA!

I just talked to the guy i got my front end from.
The SV wheel from sprocket to rotor is only 7/8" wider than the Stock Honda wheel from sprocket to outer part of brake drum.
This SHOULD work out pretty well, I may need to mount a smaller tire, as the SV uses a 160 rear, and I bet the chain may hit that.
he is going to hook me up with the wheel, a tire (and all the spare rear SV tires I could ever need lol), the rotor, sprocket, all the spacers, and a bunch of other stuff if he can find it.
picked it up, got all kinds of stuff I need, still need to get a caliper mount, and a stay bar.
it's coming together!!!!!
this is going to be a VERY tight fit, but I think the 160 tire on the ninja swingarm will work!
have a 39 tooth sprocket on the way, which will get rid of the sprocket interference
managed to finish up the fork swap this morning.
had to remove 1/8" from the top clamp so i could use the top nut.
